Due to the personal-care nature of our handcrafted products, all sales are final. For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.

We want you to be happy with your Pagnotta Family Farm order. If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at pagnottafamilyfarm@outlook.com. Please include your order number and, when applicable, a photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

Once we review the issue, we will work with you to provide an appropriate replacement or resolution.
